During the last summer event, Sony introduced Stray, a new game that will arrive at the PS4 and PS5 console in 2022. The main character of the game is a wild cat, which players take control to navigate through futuristic cyberpunk cities when injured. Fast forward to this week and we have seen our first length in the game through the gameplay trailer.
Deviant looks like a very pleasant twist on the cyberpunk genre, where people can navigate the futuristic world as a injured cat. The title comes from Swann and, assuming there is no delay, it will be available to play early next year. The latest trailer shows five minutes of solid gameplay.
Players see physics games and interactive elements, as well as the world of cats, not humans, point of view. During the gameplay, the players will be assigned to solve puzzles to express new mysteries and make their way through dangerous cities. We saw cats knocking down pots, climbing buildings, and facing enemies on an empty subway.
Flying drones called B-12 will accompany players to interact with elements, cats will not be able to manipulate, such as safes. Apart from his futuristic friend, “Cats will always be a cat,” according to the gameplay trailer, which shows things like scratching the sofa arm.
Even though we don’t know the right release date and other details such as prices, Stray is closer than before to be launched. This is one of the most interesting titles announced for the Playstation 5 Console so far, even though you can also play it on PS4 and Windows PCs.
